Biorobotics Lab Facilities



The Center for Biologically Inspired Robotics is located on the 8th floor of the Glennan Building on the Quad of Case Western Reserve University.

We have six rooms for robot development, testing and construction:

A large laboratory room with treadmill for testing walking robots
An office
A fully equipped modern machine shop with a 3-axis Hurco CNC milling center
A wind tunnel lab
An autonomous robots lab
Additional other shop space


The Biological Research of our multidisciplinary projects occurs in the Ritzmann Lab of the Department of Biology.
